Our studio allows you to walk away from your photographic experience with a beautiful piece for your home without being out of pocket.

There are NO pressure sales and you are never forced to spend above your Gift Card, however we find most our families do so to have their unique artwork.

No, this is the only out of pocket fee that confirms your session with our studio

Your $50 session fee includes…
– Your photography session in our purpose built studio
– 1 hour with an accredited professional photographer
– Your Design/Purchasing Appointment (60 minutes) 
– Session styling consult (in person or over the phone)
– Professional Colour correction
– Editing of your portraits ready for your design/purchasing session
– Use of a wide range props and backdrops sourced from around the world

As soon as the session fee is paid we will honour your Gift Card to use at any time down the track.
You just need to book your session before the expiry date which is on the back of the card.

Once you have your photo session booked in, we will help you every step of the way. We will send you a styling guide, as well as have over the phone consultations along the way to assist with ideas or ANY troubles you may come across prior to your shoot.

Yes. We have set digital packages available.

You will also receive the matching digital prints of purchased artwork.

We can certainly do this, however this MUST be organised when booking in your shoot so that we can ensure enough time is allocated to the session and we have adequate staff available to do so.

No, this is strictly for use with our studio for portrait sessions.

You can definitely use more than one Gift Card if you receive them, however it CANNOT be used in the SAME session.
You can have 2 completely different sessions ie: Newborn session, Family session.
You’re welcome to pass on one of the Gift Cards onto a family/friend so to have their very own photographic experience with our studio. 

We keep all your photos in our system for 3 months, if you are thinking of getting something a bit later on.
Everything that is purchased in your design session is kept forever on an offsite server.

We allow 1 hour for our photographic sessions, and 2.5 – 3 hours for newborn sessions.

We can hold your order in storage until your ready to display them in your new home. 

Our design specialist can design something perfect for spaces in your home based of floor plans as well.

No. This is a thank you gift from your builder for you to celebrate your new home with professional artwork.

No. Due to copyright and licensing, your gift card is ONLY valid for a new session with our studio.  We hold onto everything you do purchase if you need something extra printed from your shoot with us later down the track.

We understand that illness can be unexpected, so we completely understand that it in unavoidable, therefore we allow one change of session – free of charge.

It’s completely up to you if you decide to have hair and/or make-up done by a professional, which we can organise for you before your shoot.

However, most of our clients are happy to do their own hair and make-up for their shoot.
